Your dashboards pull the numbers that matter most into one place, so you can see how the business is doing without digging through lists. Here is how to open them, read them and drill into the detail.
From the CRMit menu on the left, select CrmIT Dashboard for your everyday overview. For a broader view across your reporting, open the Reporting Dashboard instead.
The dashboard shows your headline numbers and charts near the top, such as sales, invoices and outstanding balances. Scan these first to get a feel for how things stand today.
CRMit has more than one dashboard. Move between your standard dashboard and the reporting view to see the numbers presented in different ways, then settle on the one that suits how you work.
Use the date controls to focus on the period you care about, for example this month or last quarter. The figures and charts update to match the range you choose.
When a number stands out, open the record or list behind it to see what is driving it. This takes you from the headline figure straight to the underlying invoices, jobs or customers.
Tip: Check your dashboard first thing each morning. It is the quickest way to spot what needs your attention before the day gets busy.
Once you are comfortable reading your dashboards, dig deeper into the reports behind the numbers.
