When a customer needs someone quickly, the person nearest to them is usually the best choice. CRMit can look at where a customer or job is and show you who is closest, so you can send the right person without guessing. Here is how to find the closest team member.
Open Closest To Customer from the CRMit menu. This uses your team's live locations, so it works best when the mobile app is installed and location sharing is on.
Select the customer or job you need someone to attend. CRMit uses its location as the starting point for the search.
Your team appears ordered by how close they are, so you can quickly spot who is right around the corner and who is further out.
Choose the nearest person who is free and assign them to the work. They get the job details and can head straight over.
Tip: This is great for urgent call-outs. When a customer has an emergency, sending the nearest person gets someone on site as fast as possible.
Once you know who is nearest, dispatch the job and keep an eye on the day.
