When your team is out on the road, GPS shows you where everyone is on a live map. That makes it easy to see who is near a job, keep customers updated on arrival times and follow the day as it unfolds. Here is how to track your team with GPS.
Open GPS from the CRMit menu. You will see a map with your team's current locations. Live tracking relies on the mobile app being installed and location sharing switched on for each person.
Each team member appears as a marker on the map. Select a marker to see who it is and where they are right now.
Use the map to see which people are closest to a particular customer or job. This is handy when something urgent comes in and you need someone nearby.
Keep the map open to watch your team move between jobs. You can see who is on site, who is travelling and how the day is running.
Tip: Use live locations to keep customers updated on arrival. A quick "your engineer is 10 minutes away" message makes a great impression.
